Greg brings over a decade of retail real estate experience to the team and was strategically involved in the founding of The Retail Strategy in 2009. Greg’s outstanding attention to detail and lease negotiation expertise is a tremendous asset to the clients we serve.

He brings passion, intelligence and a commitment to excellence in every deal and at every point in the transaction. He is valued by clients and teammates for his results-driven attitude and the utmost emphasis he places on accuracy while never missing a deadline in fast-paced transactions.

Greg is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association (CLBA), as well as a partner of Austin Independent Business Alliance (AIBA). Greg graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Real Estate Finance and is a native Austinite.
