Lauren is the Principal Broker, CEO, and Founder of The Retail Strategy which she established in 2009 to serve and guide clients in surpassing their retail expansion goals. Lauren is passionate about the success of our clients and believes in solely representing tenants in order to foster long-term relationships and fully integrate into brands. Lauren is the creative, innovative, and inspirational power that drives The Retail Strategy to consistently exceed client expectations.

In her nearly two decades of retail real estate expansion experience, Lauren has personally consulted on retail expansion and site selection in every major market as well as most of the secondary markets across the country, and she has developed strong relationships and negotiated with all major landlords. She guides the overall expansion strategy, identifies target trade areas, and oversees the site selection process. Lauren has managed the initial and early growth of retailers during their regional and national roll-outs by creatively working to meet long-term strategic expansion goals.

Lauren earned a degree in Real Estate Finance from The University of Texas. She has served as Director of Women In Real Estate Developments Central Texas Chapter (WIRED) and Co-Chair of the Next Gen Austin Chapter Committee. Lauren is also an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Brokerage Leasing Association (CBLA) and Austin Young Chamber.
