Mark joined The Retail Strategy in 2016 with a background in retail operations having spent 8 years working for the second largest retailer in the world, Costco Wholesale, in various managerial roles. While at Costco Wholesale, Mark’s focus was on providing industry leading customer service, driving sales and productivity through merchandise and employee management.

Mark graduated from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business in 2008 with a Finance degree, focusing on Real Estate Finance.
